Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Triadica Chat Archiver browser extension (“the Extension”) provided by Triadica ApS (“Triadica,” “we,” or “us”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Triadica Chat Archiver is a Chrome browser extension that captures AI conversation threads from supported platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Kimi, and Qwen) and archives them to your Google Drive, Obsidian vault, or local storage. All conversation extraction, formatting, and file export happens entirely within your local browser. Triadica does not operate servers, databases, or backend services to collect, track, store, or sell your chat contents or personal data.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension to scrape or bulk-export content from AI platforms in violation of their terms of service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Extension
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension
  • Use the Extension for any unlawful activity

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, icons, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Triadica ApS. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Extension. Content you archive belongs to you — Triadica claims no ownership of your data.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Triadica is not liable for:

  • Lost conversations or data due to extension errors, browser crashes, or platform changes
  • Changes to AI platform DOM structures that break content extraction
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding any claim.

5. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from any paid purchase. This means you can cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund without giving reasons.

Waiver for immediate access: If you choose to activate and use the Extension immediately after purchase, you consent to the service being delivered in full, and you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the Directive. This waiver is presented as a checkbox at checkout. If you do not consent, do not check the box — you retain your full 14-day right.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts, except where EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first at contact@triadica.ai. We will respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

9. Changes to These Terms

Material changes to these Terms will be announced via the Extension’s update notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
