This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Triadica Chat Archiver Pro and Founding Member licenses. It complies with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Free Tier (€0)
No refunds applicable. The Free tier is provided at no cost with no payment information required.
Pro Tier (€79/year)
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from your order for a full refund without giving any reason.
If you waive this right at checkout: By checking the consent box at checkout to activate the Extension immediately, you acknowledge that the service is delivered in full upon activation, and you voluntarily waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. After this waiver:
- Refunds are available at our discretion for genuine technical issues (e.g., the Extension does not function on your system, or a supported platform is broken and we cannot fix it within 30 days).
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- We will process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
If you do not waive: You retain your full 14-day right of withdrawal. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

- Your order confirmation email
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief reason (optional, not required for statutory withdrawals)
Founding Member Tier (€149 one-time)
EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The same 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies. If you waive at checkout by activating the Extension immediately, the €149 one-time purchase is non-refundable after the waiver, except for genuine technical issues as described above.
If you do not waive, you have 14 days to request a full refund.
Processing Time
- Statutory withdrawals: refunded within 14 business days
- Discretionary refunds: reviewed within 5 business days, refunded within 14 business days
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method
